She is trained in and utilizes Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)as her choice modalities for treating race-based trauma in her clients. She is also a Certified Daring Way Facilitator an implements the work of Brene´ Brown to encourage authenticity and vulnerability and to destigmatize shame.
