We will discuss my role in helping you move forward toward your goals. We will also discuss general housekeeping items, such as confidentiality and its limits, as well as other policies. My treatment methods

Christian Counseling

I take a holistic approach when working with clients. I utilize evidence-based practices infused with God's Word in order to facilitate emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual health.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I strive to create a sacred and safe space where people can unpack and process their story while identifying and uprooting unhelpful mindsets and patterns of behavior that are no longer serving them well.

Trauma Informed Care

My approach to working with individuals who have survived traumatic experiences emphasizes the importance of physical and emotional safety. This includes creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment that fosters resilience and empowers clients. I recognize that individuals who have experienced trauma have had choices taken away from them. This is why I emphasize collaboration with clients and recognize clients are the experts of their own experiences.

Attachment-based

Attachment-based therapy recognizes that early interactions, as well as other significant relationships throughout our lives, shape our expectations and patterns in relationships. Together we will identify your attachment style and explore how past relationships influence your level of healthy relationships today. Together we will build healthier, more secure connections--both with others and yourself.
