I have been working with individuals struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use, sexual addiction, and mental health challenges for the past ten years. I have a real heart to walk alongside you to encourage, support, and empower you to move forward in your recovery needs. I graduated from Liberty University in 2014 with an MA in Professional Counseling and completed a Doctoral program specializing in treating trauma-related challenges. I approach recovery through the eyes of motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I am also trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.

As a licensed therapist of over 15 years, I view my role as guiding individuals along a journey of self-discovery and growth. I have a passion for helping people conquer their past-trauma, family issues, personal struggles-and move into a free and peaceful future. I assist people in gaining insight into their issues and finding solutions to their problems by providing direction, encouragement, support, and hope.
