Hi! My name is Leah Andrews. I am Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who was been working with clients from all different backgrounds and diagnoses for the last 10 years. I recently obtained my certification in Grief Counseling from the American Institute of Health Care Professionals. I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapy to help clients find direction and live a healthy, happy, productive life.
In our first session, I would love to get to know you more and delve further into the main reason you are seeking therapy. With this information, we can together create a plan and set goals to work on in further sessions.
Therapy doesn't have to be awkward or difficult. I want you to be your authentic self. I will always be free of judgment while offering support and using my experience and expertise to help you get to where you want to be.
I love working with older teenagers and adults of all ages who are dealing with anxiety, depression or any sort of loss in their life (divorce, death, loss of relationship, etc.) Helping clients gain the tools they need to work through these struggles is the ultimate goal of my work.
