Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania with 5 years of experience working with female survivors of trauma and abuse. My passion lies in helping women build healthy relationships, eliminate toxicity from their lives, boost self-esteem, and heal from the deep impacts of trauma. My goal is for every client to come to a deeper understanding of themselves, and to leave therapy with practical skills intended to support them in sustaining their progress long term.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, I’ll take time to get to know you and understand the specific challenges we’ll work on together. I’ll focus on creating a comfortable and safe space, which is a key part of a trauma-informed approach. We’ll also discuss your expectations for therapy and what you hope to achieve. I’ll use this information to craft a personalized plan to guide our future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with female survivors of trauma and abuse, I’m confident in my ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space that fosters healing. I’m dedicated to listening closely to my clients to ensure that the treatment plan is tailored to their unique needs and aligns with the goals they’ve set for themselves.

My treatment methods

Psychoeducation

I use psychoeducation to help clients come to a greater understanding of what they may be experiencing in their lives.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use this treatment to help clients understand the impacts of their own thoughts and to create new thinking patterns that support goal achievement.

EMDR

I use this treatment to help clients overcome the impacts of trauma by coming to a more adaptive understanding of their traumatic experience through reprocessing the traumatic memory.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use this treatment method to help clients learn new skills related to managing distress, regulating their emotions, and having more healthy interactions with those in their lives.
