Hello! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania. Since completing my graduate program at Syracuse University in 2012, I've been working closely with individuals, couples and families, helping them to meet personal and relational goals. I enjoy connecting with people, meeting them where they're at, and supporting them in their healing journey. I find it deeply satisfying to help people view things in a different light: themselves, their relationships, and their future.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, I'll be happy to answer any questions you have about the therapy process. I'll review and collect some information, including your personal history and presenting concerns, and we'll work together to identify some goals to work on in future sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a provider are my ability to connect with clients and help them feel safe and supported. I use my humor, humility, and curiosity while maintaining a professional and informed position to best serve my clients.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with clients that are adjusting to parenthood and could use support in processing the life transition they're experiencing. I also enjoy working with parents of older children, as well, and support them in finding the right balance between maintaining a strong connection with their child, and setting healthy boundaries.

My treatment methods

Integrative

I use an integrative approach, rooted in family systems theory. I apply person-centered, strengths-based interventions sourced from Internal Family Systems, Emotion-focused therapy, narrative therapy, structural family therapy, and Bowenian therapy.
