My source of empowerment comes from my husband and our enjoyment in caring for our animals. We have a good start on a boring zoo.. (dogs, cats, chickens, fish). I have spent much of that time working with people who are looking to work through and cope with grief and loss, chronic illness or medical issues, anxiety, depression, life change and traumas they have experienced.

I believe that it is important to honor each client's values and life experiences into each session. I take time to join with the client in creating a treatment plan that is modified as we work together. Every client is a unique individual who has their own life experiences which are important to understand and integrate into each session, My life experiences have helped me respect each individuals values and insight in their lives.
