(She/Her)
Hi, I'm Lesli. I’m a licensed therapist and trained professopmal coach who works at the intersection of emotional healing and intentional growth. My work is grounded in evidence-based therapy practices while also drawing on the forward-focused, action-oriented tools of coaching—so you get both depth and momentum. Some clients come to me needing a safe, supportive space to process anxiety, trauma, relationships, or life transitions. Others are ready to clarify goals, strengthen confidence, and move toward meaningful change. Many want both. Together, we tailor our work to meet you exactly where you are. While I work with individuals and couples of varying ages and backgrounds, I have a lot of experience working with teen girls (15+) and young adults, I am trained multiple trauma-informed therapies, such as TF-CBT and Compassionate Inquiry. IFS and Cognitive Therapy.
I offer a compassionate, confidential space to explore patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be holding you back. We work thoughtfully together, guided by clinical training and a strong respect for your pace and boundaries. My priority is to create an environment where you feel safe, respected, and understood. I can also help you look ahead—clarifying values, setting realistic goals, and building practical strategies to create change in your daily life. Our first session is about connection and understanding. I want to learn about you – your story, your challenges, and what brings you to therapy at this moment in your life. This is also your opportunity to get to know me and my approach to ensure we're a good fit for working together. I believe in being an active participant in our therapeutic relationship. You won't find me simply sitting back and nodding. I engage thoughtfully with your experiences. While we'll tackle important and sometimes challenging topics, I will bring warmth and appropriate humor to our sessions. Therapy can include moments of lightness alongside deeper exploration. This balance helps create a comfortable space where real growth can occur.
My sense of humor, my compassion, and my ability to connect with many different types of people are my biggest strengths.
If you’re looking for a therapist who can also help you translate self-understanding into real-world change, you may be in the right place. My practice is an ideal fit if you're: • Looking for emotional support and practical tools for change Feeling stuck and want to understand why so that you can move toward your goals. • Navigating challenging relationships, whether with friends, family, or romantic partners • Managing the daily stressors of modern life and cultural stresses and seeking better coping strategies • Needing a safe space to process difficult emotions with someone who truly listens
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
You ae not your thoughts. I use CBT, as well as cognitive-based approaches to help my clients to first understand and then to change thinking patterns that no longer serve them.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
i offer mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and allow you to become more present in your life.
Trauma Informed Care
Trauma is not only what happens to you, it is what happens inside of you. Some traumas are obvious, others are not, but they all disconnect us from ourselves. I support people to reconnect and return to wholeness.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
I use IFS as a way to support clients struggling with complex emotions and internal conflicts n order to improve their well-being.
