Hi, I'm Lesli, a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania. With over 15 years of experience as a therapist, I am passionate about collaborating with clients on their journey toward personal growth and transformation. There's nothing more rewarding than witnessing people overcome obstacles and exceed their own expectations of what's possible. While I work with individuals and couples of varying ages and backgrounds, I have a lot of experience working with teens (15+) and young adults, using a combination of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This integrative approach allows me to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. Some of my areas of expertise include: Depression and anxiety Relationship trauma Relationship struggles Professional burnout Life transitions and career changes Parenting challenges General life stress

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My priority is to create an environment where you feel safe, respected, and understood. This is your space to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Our first session is about connection and understanding. I want to learn about you – your story, your challenges, and what brings you to therapy at this moment in your life. This is also your opportunity to get to know me and my approach to ensure we're a good fit for working together. By the end of our first session, we'll discuss: • Your goals and what you hope to achieve through therapy • How we might work together to meet these goals • Any questions or concerns you may have • Practical details about scheduling and continuing our work together I believe in being an active participant in our therapeutic relationship. You won't find me simply sitting back and nodding. I engage thoughtfully with your experiences. While we'll tackle important and sometimes challenging topics, I will bring warmth and appropriate humor to our sessions. Therapy can include moments of lightness alongside deeper exploration. This balance helps create a comfortable space where real growth can occur.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My sense of humor, my compassion, and my ability to connect with many different types of people are my biggest strengths.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with young adults finding their footing in the world of "adulting" and teenagers navigating the complex journey of adolescence. These transformative years bring unique challenges, and I'm here to help you find your path forward. My practice is also an ideal fit if you're: • Feeling stuck and looking for support to move toward your goals • Navigating challenging relationships, whether with friends, family, or romantic partners • Managing the daily stressors of modern life and seeking better coping strategies • Seeking a safe space to process difficult emotions with someone who truly listens

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

You ae not your thoughts. I use CBT, as well as cognitive-based approaches to help my clients to first understand and then to change thinking patterns that no longer serve them.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

i offer mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and allow you to become more present in your life.

Trauma Informed Care

Trauma is not only what happens to you, it is what happens inside of you. Some traumas are obvious, others are not, but they all disconnect us from ourselves. I support people to reconnect and return to wholeness.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I use IFS as a way to support clients struggling with complex emotions and internal conflicts n order to improve their well-being.
