I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults; struggling with (but not limited to) life transitions, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, interpersonal conflict, and those experiencing relationship issues. With a wide range of clinical experience and diverse clientele, I provide a safe and judgment free therapeutic experience.

Before our first session I offer a free 15 minute consultation, for you to decide if you feel comfortable working together, ask me any questions, and determine if I can be of benefit to you.

In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we’ll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and overall daily life experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings and subsequently your actions / reactions; for the better.
