Hello! You deserve a space where your feelings are heard and understood! My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and judgement-free environment to explore life's challenges, focus on your strengths, and help you discover ways to feel more balanced. I will offer resources and support you to accomplish your goals for therapy so you can start living the life (or get back to the life) you deserve!
Your first session with me will allow us to get to know each other. It will give you the time and space to discuss your presenting issues, some of your history, any concerns you have, and your therapeutic goals. Over time, we will build our therapeutic relationship. Please let me know at any point if there is anything that I can do to help you further on your journey.
I offer a warm, collaborative space grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I use evidenced-based practices to address your symptoms and issues. Together, we will explore how your thoughts, feelings, and daily patterns shape your well-being, and build practical tools that help you feel more balanced, empowered, and in control of your life.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in a way that feels supportive and easy to apply to real life. Therapy should be a place where you feel understood, heard and supported, but also where you obtain tools that help. Together, we will look at how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, and gently start shifting the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. We will work through this process at your pace. The space I nurture is warm, non-judgmental, supportive, and collaborative with my clients.
Eclectic
Some sessions might focus on building practical tools to manage anxiety or overthinking, while others may be more about slowing down, processing emotions, or understanding deeper patterns. We will find what works for you! Above all, I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself and start creating meaningful change.
Trauma Informed Care
You are always in control of what you share and when. We will focus on safety, trust, and emotional comfort first. I will remain mindful of how past experiences may show up in the present. We will build coping skills to help aid you when you share anything overwhelming. Therapy will move at your pace so that it feels manageable—not rushed
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I take a warm, supportive, and mindfulness-based approach to therapy. I help clients slow down, feel more grounded, and better understand what’s happening both emotionally and physically in the present moment. Many clients seek out therapy for feeling overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we slowly bring awareness to those patterns and create space for more clarity, calm, and understanding in how you respond. I often integrate mindfulness with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and evidenced-based approaches, so you not only gain insight but also have practical tools you can use in your daily life.
