Hi! I am a bilingual, first generation, Latina therapist. I have worked with a diverse group of adult clients from different social economic, ethic, immigration, and educational backgrounds. Primarily, I have assisted clients with managing their anxieties within relationships, school, work and legal stressors. I also help clients that struggle with issues such as trauma, immigration issues, family stressors, and domestic violence.
God uniquely and wonderfully creates every person. In our uniqueness, we can get stuck. I am passionate about walking with individuals as they work to get unstuck, find healing, and find their path to living a fuller life. I have served as a pastor and a chaplain in prison ministry. Through pastoral care, I have spent considerable time walking with couples as they work through concerns. I have spent much of my chaplaincy working with men struggling with addiction, identity issues, and faith issues.

My work has been guided by a strong commitment to strengthening both interpersonal and intrapersonal awareness as a pathway to meaningful change. I believe that growth happens when individuals feel understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life’s complexities. Whether there has been a significant loss, a life transition, relational conflict, or daily stressors, we all need support during difficult times. Sometimes, however, a trained professional can help navigate these challenges and assist in facilitating positive change. We aren’t always able to recognize the underlying cause of our discomfort or find ways to overcome life’s challenges. In a therapeutic setting, we will work together to discover healthier ways for you to deal with life’s struggles, make desired changes, improve relationships, and find inner healing.
Seeking therapy can be viewed as an investment in yourself. Improving mental and emotional health is as important as one’s physical health. My role is to provide a safe space and come alongside you on your journey.
I work with adolescents and adults and provide individual, couples, and family counseling services. I treat depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, (PTSD), relationship issues, parenting, behavioral concerns, and many other problems affecting how we feel and operate in the world.

Hello and welcome. I am an LCSW who has 28 years of experience providing therapy to a wide array of clients. I enjoy meeting clients where they are at and helping them to discuss their issues, look at obstacles to making changes, make expectations that are more realistic, and helping them to learn new skills to decrease the negative effects on their life.
Thank you for taking steps toward improving your well-being! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in Clinical Child and Family Psychology, Crisis Management, and Christian Counseling, I bring over 20 years of experience helping adults, teens, and families cope with anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, and life transitions such as death, divorce, and job loss. My goal is to foster a brave space where all thoughts and feelings are valued, allowing clients to embrace vulnerability. Together, we will work on creating meaningful personal goals to support your overall well-being. I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey.
I love to work with people who are willing to think, to consider new ideas, to examine themselves honestly, and to try new behaviors. This is exciting! I love people who allow me the occasional moment of silence so that I can prepare a question that fits their unique personality and situation. I love working with people who are excited about working on things throughout the week and will give me honest feedback as to how effective that idea was for them. And i find it very enjoyable to work with someone who can articulate what they believe their issue is and what they think they need to do to overcome (either by increasing or decreasing a behavior) their problem (even if it takes a few sessions to get there). it's great to work with people who will do their best to give a new idea a shot. All that being said, everyone has their up days and down days. We wouldn't be human if we didn't. Being willing to let me walk alongside of them on those days, as well as the good days, humbles me because of their trust. Therapy can be work, and change doesn't fall into our laps. But it is possible, and in many cases, in order to experience abundant living, very necessary. Finally, I really enjoy working with people who, even as they identify a tendency, a personality trait, a reaction, or a thought process that may be related to childhood or adult trauma or abuse, will also look for ways to overcome its impact on them instead of being content to sit in its shade and let themselves be bested by it.

Life threw me a curveball when I underwent open-heart surgery—but I hit it out of the park with resilience, self-care, and a passion for helping others do the same. With 20 years of experience as a social worker, including supporting children and families in a school setting, I understand the ups and downs of life and the power of healthy coping strategies. In my past role, I worked closely with families, helping them manage, cope, and recover from trauma. Through this experience, I developed a deep understanding of the challenges families face and guided them with empathy and practical support. Whether you're navigating the emotional rollercoaster of life and work or recovering from a difficult chapter, I’m here to help you regain your balance, one step at a time. Let’s work together to make your comeback even stronger.
Welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 22yrs of experience working with individuals from all walks of life, and I love working with individuals in helping them with life challenges and barriers to their happiness and living their best life. My strengths include being a good listener, starting where the client is in their life, helping them to change the things that no longer serve them well.
I work with high-functioning adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, emotional pain, or self-sabotage—even after years of traditional talk therapy. My approach integrates trauma-informed, somatic, and nervous system-based practices with subconscious reprogramming. Together, we’ll gently uncover and shift the deeper beliefs and survival patterns held in your body, creating healing that is not only insightful, but embodied and lasting.
My name is Danni, and I’m a Licensed Therapist with degrees in Clinical Social Work and Marriage and Family Counseling. I’ve worked in mental health across a range of settings, but it was my nearly eight years of experience working with aggressive, nonverbal children and clients on the autism spectrum that shaped my passion for understanding behavior as unspoken, unconscious communication.
This experience taught me to read beneath the surface and recognize that our behaviors often reflect deeper emotional needs and unresolved wounds. While my roots are in behavioral work, my focus is on helping adults and adolescents explore their inner worlds—especially through inner child work. I believe the inner child is present in all of us, and that healing comes from understanding and nurturing these parts of ourselves.
My approach is direct, thorough, and compassionate. I am committed to helping clients get to the root of their distress and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
My Approach and Beliefs
I offer progressive therapy grounded in psychodynamic trauma processing and inner child work. Together, we’ll go beyond surface symptoms to trace pain to its origins, uncover where coping mechanisms and triggers first formed, and support you in healing and integrating your whole self.
This process can be intense and challenging, but I am here to walk with you every step of the way. My goal is to help you move from surviving to truly living.
Danielle’s professional career began in education as a teacher, where she dedicated 10 years to shaping young minds. This experience eventually led her to transition into the role of a school counselor, sparking a deep passion and love for working with adolescents. Her time in the school system was instrumental in building her expertise in supporting young people during critical phases of their development.
In 2019, Danielle took a leap of faith and founded Healthy Healing Counseling Services, her private practice. This significant milestone came during one of the most challenging periods of her life: navigating a divorce from her high school sweetheart after 17 years of marriage and raising three children. While the experience was devastating, it became a catalyst for Danielle to channel her energy into helping other women facing similar struggles. Her personal journey of resilience and healing deeply informs her work, allowing her to connect with clients on a profound and authentic level.
Through Healthy Healing Counseling Services, Danielle combines her educational background, professional expertise, and personal experiences to empower women and adolescent girls dealing with mental health challenges and life transitions. She believes that every individual holds the answers within themselves. Using a holistic approach, Danielle provides her clients with practical tools such as mindfulness, breathwork, and meditation to navigate anxiety, depression, grief, and other challenges. Additionally, she incorporates EMDR therapy for trauma-based healing, ensuring a person-centered and compassionate approach to each client’s unique needs.
Danielle’s mission is to create a safe and supportive space where healing and personal growth can flourish. Clients have described her as relatable, easy to talk to, and deeply committed to their well-being. Whether you’re seeking guidance for yourself or a loved one, Danielle is here to help you uncover your inner strength and achieve your goals.
