I work with high-functioning adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, emotional pain, or self-sabotage—even after years of traditional talk therapy. My approach integrates trauma-informed, somatic, and nervous system-based practices with subconscious reprogramming. Together, we’ll gently uncover and shift the deeper beliefs and survival patterns held in your body, creating healing that is not only insightful, but embodied and lasting.
In our first session, we’ll take time to slow down, get to know your story, and begin to notice how your body and mind respond to stress, emotions, and relationships. Many clients are surprised to learn that what feels “just in your head” is often tied to the nervous system and subconscious beliefs. Our work will gently bring these patterns into awareness so that you can release what no longer serves you and begin to feel safer, freer, and more connected.

Valeria works with clients struggling with anxiety and/or depression. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in her practice. With CBT, we'll look at how thoughts affect emotions and overall life experience. During treatment, Valeria will help you learn how to redirect intrusive negative thoughts, to change your emotions for the better. Hence improving life.
