In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll take time to slow down, get to know your story, and begin to notice how your body and mind respond to stress, emotions, and relationships. Many clients are surprised to learn that what feels “just in your head” is often tied to the nervous system and subconscious beliefs. Our work will gently bring these patterns into awareness so that you can release what no longer serves you and begin to feel safer, freer, and more connected.

I blend trauma-informed, somatic, and nervous system-based therapy with subconscious reprogramming. This means we’ll go beyond just talking about your struggles—we’ll explore how your body, emotions, and beliefs are working together, and create space for lasting healing. My goal is to help you feel more at ease in your own skin and more aligned with the life you truly want.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Valeria works with clients struggling with anxiety and/or depression. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in her practice. With CBT, we'll look at how thoughts affect emotions and overall life experience. During treatment, Valeria will help you learn how to redirect intrusive negative thoughts, to change your emotions for the better. Hence improving life.
