Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

First session will be an attempt to develop rapport and understand the stressors that we need to address in therapy in order to help you redevelop your outlook on your life and relationship with others.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Since 2016, I have worked with clients to better understand why their mindsets have been challenging to change. Through psychoanalysis we dive into your past memories in order to understand your automatic thoughts. Next we utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in order to counter automatic thoughts with supporting evidence that goes against negative thoughts creating a barrier from self healing and empowerment. Next we utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in order to help you express your emotions appropriately through the introduction of new coping skills.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Clients that are motivated for treatment from ages 16 and up.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Primarily utilize the following therapy approaches: CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (Dialective Behavioral Therapy), Psychoanalytic Therapy. As a therapist I believe in being the last line of defense when it comes to not being judged, not being criticized, and not jumping to conclusions. As your therapist, my vision is to help you feel validated, understood, and hypothetically find possible reasons as to why you feel, believe and follow the certain mindset you have.
