Hello! I am a licensed master level social worker. I have worked in the field for the last 8 years in different capacities such as children’s protective services, substance abuse, mental health, school social work and family preservation. My passion is to help all of my clients become the best version of themselves.
I take my time with clients and allow them to lead and determine the pace at which they are comfortable moving.

First session
In our first session we will take things at your pace. We will get to know each other and begin to talk about the challenges you are facing and your goals so we can form a plan together to move forward to transformation into your best self.

I love working with clients of all ages. I use different approaches for different clients, whatever best fits your needs. I am laid back and easy to talk to. I enjoy helping clients sort through lives many challenges including family or relationship conflict, life transitions, anxiety, depression, parenting and so much more!

Mindfulness based therapy helps to teach you to recognize feelings in your body and teaches you ways to be able to fully relax physically and mentally.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize CBT approaches to teach clients how their thoughts influence their behavior and how to use that as a strength.
Motivational Interviewing
Motivation interviewing helps clients to realize their fullest potential and create solutions for themselves.

I recognize that each individual is on their own journey. I strive to meet each client where they are at and support them through the whole therapy process.
