(she/her)
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in mental health and social services. I am a wife, mother of three, daughter and sister who enjoys crafting, gardening, and spending time at the beach. I bring curiosity, compassion, and just the right dose of humor to help you feel comfortable being your full, authentic self. My goal is to help you understand your inner world, quiet the inner critic, and build real-life strategies for navigating the chaos. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can exhale, reflect, and build skills to better navigate your day-to-day life. Whether you're juggling work, school, parenting, relationships, or just trying to hold it together—I’m here to help.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and that’s okay. You set the pace. Our first session is all about getting to know each other, reviewing your intake forms, and defining what healing and growth look like for you. I have respect for self determination. I bring curiosity, compassion, and just the right dose of humor to help you feel comfortable being your full, authentic self.
My greatest strength as a therapist is creating a space where people feel safe to be their full, imperfect selves. I understand how past pain, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and identity struggles can shape our inner world. I’m comfortable talking about the hard stuff—racism, gender, sexuality, shame. I believe people can grow and heal, especially when they’re truly seen.
I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I love working with clients who are going through a life transition whether it is welcoming a new baby, going away to school, starting a new job or retiring from a career just to name a few. I also have experience with working with people with disabilities and seasoned individuals (seniors).
