New to Grow
I’m a queer Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing in-person and virtual therapy in Northwest Indiana, as well as virtual therapy in Minnesota and Michigan. I offer affirming, client-centered care for teens and adults navigating LGBTQ+ identities, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the challenges that come with being human. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where you can show up as your authentic self and explore your feelings and experiences without judgment. I blend evidence-based approaches with genuine human connection, because feeling truly seen and supported is often where healing begins.
Your first session is all about getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable. We will talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and any questions you have. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. You can go at your own pace. My approach is relaxed and collaborative so that it will feel more like a conversation than an interview. By the end, we’ll have a better sense of your goals and whether this feels like the right fit for you.
My approach is relaxed and collaborative. I adapt each session to your personality and needs, blending evidence-based tools with genuine compassion. I am able to sit and hold space or challenge you dependent on your needs.
My ideal clients are teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodivergence, identity exploration, and life transitions. They often feel overwhelmed, stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected from themselves and support systems. They are looking for a supportive space to better understand their experiences. Many are LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent adults, or people facing significant life changes who want an affirming, collaborative therapist. Together, we focus on building self-awareness, self-acceptance, practical coping skills, and a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
