When people experience trauma and stress, there is a tendency to develop a zoomed-in view of the problem and even blame themselves for the root of the problem. I am here to help you develop a more helpful and realistic outlook and note available solutions to what is going on. I have education and experience treating clients who have gone through trauma, and clients who have symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
