Hello! Do you feel overwhelmed? Do you feel there is a lack of purpose, fulfillment, and passion in your life? Do people in your life often have a tough time really getting what you are going through? Are you caught up in unhealthy patterns? I view therapy as a safe space for processing life experiences, emotions, thoughts, and trauma to achieve one’s goals and necessary growth. I specialize in collaborating with clients challenged with anxiety, depression, trauma/ PTSD, OCD, chronic medical conditions, and grief and loss. My approach is individualized, client centered, and strength-based, as I believe clients are the experts of their lives and determine the direction of the therapeutic process. I believe in focusing on the strengths of each person and building from there. My goal is to help people live a happier and more fulfilling life by working through their challenges.

During your initial session with me, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where you feel safe to share your emotions and concerns. We will start by discussing what brought you to therapy and any specific issues or goals you may currently have. My main goal during the first session is to begin building a rapport and gain a clear understanding of how together we can help you begin your journey toward positive change.

I meet clients where they are at, helping identify their goals and supporting them in reaching these goals. I am a collaborative therapist and enjoy creating a safe, compassionate space for my clients to heal.
