I help clients manage depression and anxiety, develop healthy coping skills, and build confidence to navigate life’s challenges. I combine empathy with practical tools to help clients find relief from whatever is holding him or her back to a successful life. I tailor each session to the client’s unique needs and goals. I provide a safe supportive environment to be one’s self.
Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We will discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. Therapy is a process, and we will build our work together over time. It is normal to feel nervous. We will take it one step at a time, and I am here to guide you through each step of the process.
I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with you as an empathetic partner. If we are working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient.
