Hi! my name is Jenna, I am a clinical social worker with a lifetime of combined personal & professional experience. I provide a unique, individualized & wide array of objective practice approaches focusing on choices that foster solutions to lead to a more meaningful life. I am a graduate of Michigan State University with over 18 years working in behavioral health & I engage a holistic, conversational approach to therapy. I provide grief & trauma therapy, ADHD & Autism support & among many other things a cognitive/ dialectical approach to manage depression & anxiety.
After a session with me it is my hope that you feel safe, heard, understood & less overwhelmed. It is my intention to elicit hope for a brighter future in regard to your thoughts, feelings & emotions as it relates to your situation as a whole.
I have over 18 years of experience working with a wide variety of individuals & groups, I have extensive post graduate training in multiple treatment modalities to help you to find the solutions that best serve your needs!

She was awesome! When she had opened up to her experiences and thoughts it made me feel better about opening up but was mainly processing over straight out the gate jumping to my own conclusions/responses. Overall great first session I love her authenticity, her authenticity was what strike out to me first outside of she seems intentional with how she communicates rather than throwing anything out there to get a response reaction out of you. Most of my past therapists have never done this “tmk”!
