Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Michigan. I received my masters degree from Oakland University in Rochester Michigan and have been in the mental health field for almost 25 years. I help adults struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, and many other issues. Life can definitely present with many challenges and I also help individuals become the best versions of themselves.

I love working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, and many other issues that are interfering in their life. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious in their lives.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT treatment is an evidence based approach to counseling that primarily deals with changing negative and unhealthy thought patterns. I have used this approach for many years and clients have found it helpful.

I really like the therapist he listened to me ramble on about my life he listened which means a lot I think the psychiatrist pushed me in the right direction I really really like him and I will be seeing him again and again and again but I enjoy talking to him and anyone that actually genuinely listens to me I have a tendency to tell them more than somebody who just what do you want what pills do you want but that's about it

Honestly nothing brought me to Joe in specific. I went through the normal rundown of each Doc and made the choice to go with Joe and it has proven to be an amazing choice for me. My family life is getting better and I am growing so much each week as a person and in different areas of my life! I am very grateful for this
