I am a licensed in NC, Florida (telehealth) and SC. Compassion and integrity are at the very core of my practice. Honoring the unique path of everyone I work with. My focus is to create a comfortable and safe environment for every client. I am LCSW specializing in Grief/Loss ,Anxiety, Depression and Trauma. I enjoy drawing from evidence-based practices such as: CBT, DBT, Behavioral Activation and trauma informed practice. I enjoy working with teens, individuals as well as couples. Recognized leader for 25 years in oncology, I have worked in mental health in large cancer hospitals . My private practice is in South Park, Charlotte.

In our first session, my primary goal is for you to feel safe, comfortable, and completely at ease. I provide a non-judgmental space where you can speak freely, perhaps for the first time. We will move at your pace, but you won't leave wondering 'what’s next.' You will emerge from our first hour with a clear, actionable treatment plan and a roadmap for how we will tackle your anxiety or depression together
