I believe mental health issues are a symptom of deeper, unresolved emotional issues and childhood wounds. I work with teenagers 13+, adults, couples, and families. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to help identify irrational thoughts and faulty thinking that are the main culprits behind anxiety and stress. I also utilize psychodynamic therapy to help uncover past issues, such as family dynamics and childhood issues. My full fee is $200 for individuals and $250 for couples, however I do work on a sliding scale as well.

Over the last decade, I've helped my clients navigate through some of their darkest moments involving recovery from drug and alcohol addiction, childhood trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, divorce, and self-limiting beliefs in a variety of settings, including in-patient treatment centers and state-funded group homes.
