I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2017, however I have been practicing since 2012. During my career I have had the pleasure of working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds in multiple treatment settings. I am firmly committed in helping individuals learn how to develop healthier ways to cope with the multitude of life stressors, and anxiety experienced today. My aim is to facilitate a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment in which to help empower my clients to strengthen relationships with themselves, their family and peers. In addition, my work focuses on targeting ineffective coping skills, habits, and beliefs that may be disrupting your everyday life.
Clients can expect the first session to include brief introductions, and finding what your goals for therapy are. The goal of every one of my sessions is to ensure you feel safe enough to speak your thoughts, feelings and needs without fear.
I have experience working with individuals of all ages in crisis situations, and outpatient treatment
I feel that I am strongly suited for and love working with those who are struggling with anxiety.
