In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During your first session, I will take time to understand what you are coming to therapy for, establish rapport, and set expectations for our therapeutic journey. We will work together to set goals and objectives that you want to accomplish.

My approach is one that walks along side with you as you describe and process all that you may be facing. My biggest strength is to be with you moment by moment during the difficult conversations that make take place.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & parenting issues. I have experience in dealing with those who are grieving and lost a loved one (or pet). I am also passionate about helping those who experience phobias and panic attacks.
