Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in California. I received my Masters degree in Mental Health from Christian Theological Seminary in Butler University at Indiana. My Masters program is a Four year special degree program which is integrated with Psychology, Philosophy and Theology, that provides holistic approach to Psychotherapy. I work with adults who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Grief, Anger, Trauma events such as military combat, physical and sexual abuse, neglect and Racism.
I approach our first session with wanting to know what prompted you to book the session. This is because people usually book a therapy session with an issue in mind, or with a problem to solve. I assure you that if you are motivated to change your mindset and ready to work on yourself, that you will be able to feel more peaceful and calm with just one session, and you will leave knowing that you will be able to solve what is going on.
We tend to be harsh and critical of ourselves thinking that will promote change when that only causes us to procrastinate and feel depression and anxiety. To address this I offer you my book endorsed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama on self-forgiveness- find it on Amazon and in Barnes & Noble, "The Chiron Effect: Healing Our Core Wounds through Astrology, Empathy, and Self-Forgiveness."
I offer you my podcast- "All Things Therapy," which can be found on iTunes and Spotify. It is a mental health and wellness-focused podcast with over 425 episodes related to mental health, fitness, and personal transformation for you to dig into. I intend that the show augments therapy and gives you a resource to look for topics you are facing in the show titles and then listen and apply what is offered and see how that changes things for you.
"You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think."
-A.A. Milne
We all struggle at times to see our inner strengths and capabilities due to the life experiences which have shaped us. I work in the belief that we each have everything we need to achieve a fulfilled and successful life already present within us; sometimes we just need a little help accessing it. Using a multi-modality approach I encourage my clients to work in the small steps, not the giant leaps, that bring us to self awareness, acceptance, and lasting change.
I began my working career as an EMT in pre-hospital and Emergency Room settings. The desire to further my education and better serve my community led me to pursue becoming an LMFT. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandman University and a Master’s degree in Psychology with a dual emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Counseling from Brandman University. I have additional training and experience in Clinical Pastoral Education from the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base and have worked in both residential treatment and clinical settings.
I have four sons and two grandchildren. In my off time I enjoy spending time in nature, photography, and attending baseball games with my husband of 25 years.

Hello! My name is Dr. David Hobby and I'm a board-certified Marriage and Family Therapist. I attended CIIS and graduated from Sierra University with an emphasis on bodily-oriented psychotherapy. . I am also a Christian and provide therapy from that perspective for those who want their faith to be a part of the therapy process. I believe our spiritual well-being and relationship with God can have a significant influence on all other areas of our lives including mental health. I have a holistic approach to therapy looking at how mental, physical, and spiritual health impact each other in both positive and negative ways.
I have experience in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) supporting clients in gaining a healthier relationship with their thoughts and feelings. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that something isn't OK right now. That something might be new, or it might have been around a long time. You might be able to describe it perfectly, or you might just feel off without knowing why. Either way — you're here, and that's the only thing that matters right now.
I start from wherever you are. No assumptions, no judgments, no one-size-fits-all approach. Just a genuine desire to understand you — what's brought you here, what you're carrying, and what you're hoping for.
Therapy with me — whether you're coming alone or with a partner — tends to be honest and occasionally even a little lighthearted. The human experience isn't black and white, and neither is the work we'll do together. What stays consistent is that you'll have a space that belongs to you, where nothing you say or feel changes how I show up for you.
For couples, that space belongs to both of you equally. I don't take sides. What I do is help you see the pattern you're both caught in — because most of the time it's the cycle doing the damage, not each other. When that shifts, something else becomes possible.
No matter what it is you are navigating — depression, relationships, identity, or the gap between how you show up and how you actually feel inside — you don't have to have it figured out to reach out.
Hello, I’m Corrine.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and that’s completely understandable. It can also be the beginning of meaningful growth and change. In our work together, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Side by side, we’ll explore the patterns and beliefs that influence how you relate to others and how you show up in your life. By connecting your past experiences with what’s happening now, our goal will be to uncover what’s no longer serving you and begin healing the roots of anxiety, depression, or trauma. My hope is to help you develop healthy ways to cope, build stronger relationships, and feel more confident and grounded as you move forward—so you can live with greater clarity, ease, self-trust and a sense of agency over your life.
I received Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Dominican University of California. The majority of my training has been in community clinics and hospitals throughout the SF Bay Area including the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) and Kaiser Permanente. I am certified by the American Psychological Association and licensed to practice in the State of California.
My passion for therapy is rooted in a deep desire to connect with others. Growing up in a family rich in cultural diversity, I have had the privilege of hearing stories from relatives of various backgrounds, which sparked my curiosity and appreciation for different perspectives. This experience has inspired me to continually learn about others—their thoughts, motivations, and unique journeys. I believe my purpose is to support clients as they strive to reach their fullest potential. For me, being a therapist means walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate challenges and embrace growth. It is both an honor and a privilege to serve my community in this meaningful way.
Greetings to All -

I am a husband, father, and twin brother (I have and identical twin sister). I am also a reiki master and hypnotherapist. When I am not conducting psychotherapy (talk therapy), I enjoy conducting past life regressions to help people resolve past life trauma. I also use hypnotherapy to heal trauma. Hypnotherapy is not covered by most insurances and may result in cash pay. I enjoy helping people identify their wants and needs so they can then identify their goals and dreams. I believe we all have had experiences that have stifled our self-confidence which then causes us to doubt our ability. I enjoy helping people discover that part of themselves that is hidden as a result. I believe the world is a collective of people. We need to take care of ourselves, each other, and the animals we share this planet with. I DO NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPT COUPLES FOR MARRIAGE COUNSELING.

Hi there, I’m Douglas.
When anxiety, uncertainty, or burnout take over, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and unsure of your next step. It doesn’t have to stay that way.
I work primarily with LGBTQ+ adults who appear confident on the outside but feel anxious, scattered, or self-critical underneath. Together, we’ll identify patterns that keep you stuck, regulate emotional reactivity, and build practical systems that support clarity and follow-through. Therapy with me blends insight with action—so change feels steady, grounded, and sustainable.
If you’re ready to feel more centered, confident, and aligned in your life and relationships, I’d be honored to support you.

Greetings,
My name is Yvonne Gordon. If you have reached my page, then you may going through a transitional season in your life. Sometimes within these seasons, we need someone to walk along side of us; someone to understand, listen, and help us to sort through the intertwined feeling and emotions. Some of these emotions may stem from our past, and some may stem from fears of the future; yet, both instances require the ability to rest and be present in the current moment in knowing that we are emotionally safe, and we are here now!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Christian Counselor with experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, grief, anger, family concerns, spirituality, suicidal ideation, and self-injury. I offer video telehealth sessions through Grow Therapy. Above all, my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate place to explore the deeper matters of the heart. I also support those seeking healing within their spiritual walk, and any damage and/or blockage that may have taken place along the road.
I believe that healing is possible, despite the circumstances, and often involve us taking one step at a time as we enter into the darker regions of our heart. If you are ready to walk this path, I would love to support you one step at a time.
To me, therapy is most meaningful when it begins with curiosity rather than judgment. We'll start where you are, taking time to understand your experiences, relationships, and the patterns that seem to repeat themselves. Along the way, we'll pay attention to what your mind and body may be communicating and use our work together as a space for insight, healing, and meaningful change. My goal is to help you better understand yourself so you can move through life with greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence.
I have specialized interest and experience working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression and trauma and I meet you wherever you are on your journey. I offer my presence, empathy, authenticity and facilitate work in a way that helps you look at aspects you maybe unaware of that are needed, aspects that no longer serve and offer tools to start to move forward on your journey with renewed hope and understanding. I choose from different therapeutic modalities and am very interactive in my sessions, helping you to connect the dots to the stuck parts of yourself so you can start to experience growth in a way that is meaningful to you.
Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, a new life transition, or struggling to cope with the weight of your problems daily? I can help you find a way forward and offer you the tools to tap into the inner strength that you possess. I believe in approaching therapy from a warm, genuine, and validating perspective and often use humor to help my clients get “unstuck” from unhelpful thinking patterns. My job is to be your mirror to see what is already there: infinite wisdom.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I focus on helping you to achieve balance in Mind, Body, and Spirit. Are you struggling with feeling sad, down, and/or anxious? Have you suffered trauma and/or abuse? Do you feel ashamed and/or guilty? Do you struggle with liking/loving yourself? Do you feel unworthy? Do you compare yourself to others and view yourself as less than and/or behind? Are you finding it difficult to keep up with all the responsibilities and challenges of life? If so, I want you to know that you are not alone, I understand, and I am here for you to create a safe space wherein you can express yourself and be truly seen and heard.
I specialize in toxic shame, Type 2 Diabetes, and autoimmune-related health conditions such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Irritable Bowel Syndrome & Inflammatory Bowel Disease, and Psoriasis.
I wholeheartedly believe in you and your capacity to work through your struggles and create a life of joy and passion.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, grief, and stress. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it on your own.
I specialize in helping clients reduce anxiety, improve mood, and feel more in control of their daily lives. Many of my clients are used to being the “strong one” for others but are now feeling drained and in need of support. My goal is to help you feel better, function better, and regain a sense of balance and clarity.
My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and results-focused. I use evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand your thoughts, manage emotions, and develop coping skills you can use in real-life situations. For clients who desire it, I also integrate holistic and faith-based support so therapy aligns with your values.
I provide a safe, supportive space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and begin moving forward with confidence.
You don’t have to do this alone—Hope Abounds.
