About me

This season of life has been WAY more than you imagined. You juggle everyone else's needs, and you are realizing you need space for yourself. Friend, I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Jess. I specialize in supporting high-capacity women and their children as they navigate betrayal, burnout, and major life changes. I know what it’s like when the late-night fights with your spouse leave you drained, when work deadlines and school carpool lines blur together, and the days feel like they’re just melting into one another. Maybe you’ve forgotten what it feels like to laugh, to feel light, or to truly enjoy a moment for yourself. You are in the right place. Here is where you get to pause, process, and reclaim clarity, balance, and joy—even in the midst of life’s chaos. I combine evidence-based techniques—like mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic strategies—with a compassionate, encouraging approach tailored to your needs. Whether your goals are to feel more confident, create healthier relationships, speak up, or find yourself again, I’d love to support you. My approach is warm, positive, and focused on practical, small steps—one day at a time—so you can cultivate resilience, clarity, and your healthiest, most authentic life. My focus is always on supporting you where you are, meeting your needs with compassion, and helping you move toward a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and manageable.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is about you. We’ll explore what brought you here, what matters most to you, and where you hope to grow. You can expect a compassionate conversation where your experiences are validated, your feelings honored, and a clear, supportive path forward is outlined together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to my work, having walked through challenges similar to those many of my clients face. I have witnessed firsthand—and can attest to—the possibilities of post-traumatic growth. I am an encourager and developer, helping you uncover your strengths, reclaim your voice, and discover your true, free self. I am also a compassionate listener, creating a space where you can be fully seen and heard. I value moments of laughter, occasional cuss words, and authentic connection, and I delight in supporting women as they experience breakthroughs, clarity, and renewed confidence in themselves.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

You may be a high-achieving woman who feels overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to navigate betrayal, career burnout, or life transitions. You are seeking not just understanding, but practical support to process difficult emotions, rebuild self-trust, and regain balance and clarity. Many of my clients are looking for a therapist who listens deeply, validates their experience, and helps them untangle emotional patterns while providing actionable strategies for resilience and growth. If you want to feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward with confidence and alignment, you will likely feel at home in my practice.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Experiencing trauma or hardship can hurt an individual to their core. As a DBT practitioner, we will create a safe environment to unpack life's hurts, nurture healing, and begin to frame a new outlook for life.

Trauma Informed Care

Whether you are experiencing little "t" trauma or "T" trauma, it is my goal to partner with you to find the healing you need. We cannot control the incidents that happen in our lives, but we can find a new way forward with healing and vitality.

Christian Counseling

When requested, I incorporate Christian counseling into sessions in a way that honors your faith, values, and spiritual beliefs. This might include exploring scripture, prayer, or faith-based reflections as tools for insight, healing, and guidance, alongside evidence-based therapeutic approaches. My goal is to support your emotional and spiritual well-being in a way that feels authentic and empowering for you, helping you navigate life’s challenges while remaining connected to your faith.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand and connect with the different parts of yourself—your emotions, thoughts, and impulses—without judgment. Together, we explore these “parts” to uncover patterns, resolve inner conflicts, and build a compassionate relationship with yourself. IFS allows you to access your core Self, where clarity, calm, and resilience reside, so you can navigate challenges with greater understanding, self-compassion, and empowerment.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I blend Mindfulness, Polyvagal, and ACT to help create daily rhythms that are grounded and honoring of your needs.
