I'm glad you're here. In my work I like to meet people where they are at and together, we'll explore the patterns that keep showing up in your life, the stress they create, and the ways they may be affecting your relationships, your body, and your sense of self. We will look beneath the surface, pay attention to what your nervous system may be communicating, and use the therapeutic relationship itself as a space for growth, healing, and self-discovery. I believe meaningful change begins with understanding yourself more deeply and developing a different relationship with your own mind. If something you've read here resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

One of the interesting things about therapy is that some of its most important discoveries cannot be predicted in advance. While we'll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to change, I don't believe meaningful growth comes from following a rigid script. Therapy is a process of becoming curious about yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that shape your life. My hope is not to tell you what you should find, but to help create the conditions where new understanding can emerge.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring curiosity, warmth, and a deep respect for the complexity of being human. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or problems to solve, I help people make sense of the patterns, relationships, and experiences that have shaped them. Clients often tell me they feel understood in ways they haven't experienced before. My goal is to create a space where insight, self-compassion, and meaningful change can emerge naturally through our work together.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I tend to work best with highly sensitive women navigating ADHD, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who spend a great deal of time caring for others while struggling to extend that same compassion to themselves. That said, if something you've read here resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out. Research consistently shows that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest predictors of meaningful change. A brief conversation can help us determine whether we feel like a good fit for the work ahead.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

One of the things I've learned over the years is that people grow when they feel genuinely heard and understood. While I bring knowledge and experience to our work, I don't believe I have all the answers about your life—you do. My role is to create a space where you can speak openly, explore honestly, and discover what feels true for you. Rather than directing the process, I'll walk alongside you with curiosity, respect, and the belief that meaningful change often begins when we feel accepted as we are.

Psychodynamic

Many of us find ourselves living the same story in different forms—having the same arguments, choosing similar relationships, struggling with the same fears, or feeling stuck in patterns we don't fully understand. Psychodynamic therapy helps us slow down and become curious about those patterns. Together, we'll explore how past experiences, relationships, and beliefs may still be influencing your life today, often outside of your awareness. The goal isn't to dwell on the past. It's to better understand yourself in the present so you can make choices that feel more intentional, authentic, and aligned with the life you want to create.

Somatic

Sometimes our bodies know something long before our minds do. Anxiety can show up as a knot in the stomach, stress can settle into the shoulders, and old wounds can leave us feeling tense, disconnected, or on edge without fully understanding why. Somatic therapy helps us pay attention to these signals with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we'll explore how your nervous system responds to stress and develop ways to feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself. I have found that when the body feels safer, meaningful emotional healing often becomes more possible.
