On the outside, you might look like you have it together—but internally, things can feel scattered, overwhelming, or harder than they “should” be. Maybe your mind doesn’t slow down, your emotions come in fast, or you keep finding yourself in the same patterns in relationships. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works primarily with women navigating ADHD, anxiety, and relational stress. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and mentalization-based therapy, which means we look beneath the surface to understand the patterns shaping how you think, feel, and relate to yourself and others. I also integrate somatic and relational work, so this isn’t just about insight—it’s something you can actually feel and use. Over time, clients often notice they’re less overwhelmed, more intentional in their relationships, and better able to follow through in ways that feel more sustainable. Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to you. We’re not trying to force you into a system—we’re working to understand how your system already works.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a space to begin making sense of what’s been feeling overwhelming, unclear, or difficult to hold onto. You don’t need to prepare or have a perfectly organized story. If your thoughts jump around or you’re not sure where to start, that’s completely okay—I’ll help guide the conversation so we can stay grounded while still following what feels important. We’ll talk through what brought you in, where you tend to get stuck, and what you’ve already tried. As you share, I’ll begin noticing patterns—how you respond to stress, how your thoughts and emotions interact, and how these patterns show up in your relationships. Rather than jumping into quick fixes, we’ll start connecting the dots. This helps us focus on what’s actually keeping things stuck, not just what it looks like on the surface. By the end of the session, most people leave with a clearer sense of what’s been going on and how we might begin approaching it together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

In our work together, I tend to focus on helping you make sense of what feels confusing, overwhelming, or inconsistent—especially if your mind moves quickly or your emotions feel intense or hard to track. I bring a balance of structure and flexibility. If your thoughts feel scattered, we slow things down and organize them in a way that makes sense without forcing you into a rigid way of thinking. I pay attention to patterns—how you respond under stress, how your relationships unfold, and how you relate to yourself internally. As these patterns become clearer, it often creates more room for choice, rather than feeling stuck in the same reactions. I also include awareness of what’s happening in your body, not just your thoughts. This helps the work feel more grounded and usable, rather than staying at the level of insight alone. Clients often share that they feel both understood and gently challenged in our work. From there, change tends to build gradually—more clarity, less overwhelm, and a growing sense of steadiness and self-trust.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I primarily support professional women ages 18 to 35 who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, or the layered impact of trauma that often accompanies both. These challenges can ripple into relationships, work, and self-worth—leaving you feeling scattered, stuck, or alone in your struggles. My clients are on a journey toward greater clarity, confidence, and well-being, and I walk alongside them with steady support and deep care. While my focus is on young women and supporting them in their relationships, I welcome anyone who’s ready to grow, heal, and reconnect with themselves. If you’re committed to your personal growth, I’m here to help you find your way—with compassion, presence, and belief in your potential.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

In my years of practice, I’ve seen how powerful it is when clients feel truly heard and respected. In a person-centered approach, you set the pace and direction of our work. My role is to provide an open, nonjudgmental space where your voice leads and your lived experience is honored—because lasting change happens when you feel safe to be fully yourself.

Psychodynamic

I have extensive training and experience in psychodynamic therapy, which explores how past experiences and unconscious patterns shape your present life. With this approach, I help you uncover the “why” behind your feelings and behaviors, so you can break free from patterns that no longer serve you. Many of my clients find this deeper exploration helps them understand themselves in ways that create lasting emotional shifts.

Eclectic

Over the years, I’ve worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and with varied needs. Drawing from multiple modalities allows me to adapt our work to you rather than fitting you into a single model. Whether you need insight, skills, or body-based work, I can integrate the methods that best fit your goals at each stage of therapy.

Somatic

I have cultivated a diverse set of somatic (body-based) techniques through ongoing training and experience with clients who benefit from nervous system regulation work. These practices help you connect with your body, release stored tension, and feel more grounded. I’ve found that somatic work creates a strong foundation for clients to process emotions, heal trauma, and approach challenges with a greater sense of agency.
