Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in California. I received my Doctorate Degree from Alliant International University in Fresno. I was born in Southern California and raised in the Bay Area. I have been practicing for 10 years and I enjoy empowering adults in their journey of overcoming their mental health challenges. I motivate clients for change and promote their personal growth.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I will also review the information you shared in the intake questionnaire and two assessment measures that are used to track progress and provide client feedback.
Having worked with adults for the past 10 years, I have been able to tailor evidenced-based interventions to a variety of clients from a diverse cultural background. I am compassionate, flexible, and open-minded. I enjoy learning with clients in their therapeutic process and appreciate the feedback for a remarkable experience.
I enjoy working with adults who are ready to work on themselves and are not afraid to try new things. My clients are motivated for change, but don't have the tools to make it happen. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, and hopeless.

I also discuss other CBT concepts such as cognitive distortions, cognitive reframing, core beliefs, and automatic thoughts. I teach patients coping skills such as mindfulness, thought stopping, though record/journaling, self-care, behavior activation, and deep breathing exercises.
