As an ADHD clinical services provider, I understand the unique struggles that come with managing focus, emotional regulation, and follow-through. Together, we’ll explore what’s not working and develop a path back to balance. We’ll validate those stuck places and create actionable plans to help you move forward. With a mix of mindfulness, hope, and trust in the process, you’ll build greater confidence and resilience. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we’ll take the time to build rapport and get to know each other. From there, we’ll explore your needs and goals, working together to create a personalized plan. Each session lasts 53 minutes.

While I work with a diverse range of clients, my strengths lie in supporting individuals with ADHD, exploring cognitive and identity challenges, navigating sexuality and gender, and guiding introspective and introverted professionals. Note: I am not accepting couples on this platform.
