Hi! My name is Alex and I'm excited about the potential of working with you in developing a sense of integration and resilience in your life. Are you feeling stuck? Dissatisfied in your relationships and/or work? Disconnected from a sense of deeper purpose? Feel that there is the potential for greater richness and joy in life, but it is just out of reach? Rooted in a compassionate curiosity, our work would explore these themes through inquiry into the dynamic between your conscious, unconscious, somatic, and relational self. Using a holistic lens we can unpack the how's and why's of your patterns; gaining insight into your emotions and experiences, and work towards greater self-awareness and well-being.
From a somatic, psychodynamic approach we will focus on the connection between the body and the mind, and how emotions and past experiences can be stored in the body and affect an your mental and physical well-being. Through the use of techniques such as mindfulness, breathwork, and body-based exercises, you will become more aware of your physical sensations and how they are connected to your thoughts and emotions. This may also include exploring early childhood experiences, family dynamics, and past traumas, as well as working through issues related to relationships, self-esteem, and personal growth.

I’m Steven Frank. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), licensed in California and living in Seattle, Washington. The way the law works is that if I have a California license, I can live outside of California, but can only work with California residents. For that reason, all my work is perforyemed online through telehealth. I see primarily adults and seniors in my practice and while I work mostly withindividuals, I will also see couples when needed.
I’ve been licensed since 1983 but actually began to “grow” a private practice beginning in 1990. While most of my experience has been with clients dealing with depression and anxiety, over the last 4-5 years I’ve been more focused on the treatment for symptoms of trauma and abuse. I’ve been trained in EMDR (a specific treatment for trauma), and will use that method as needed, when appropriate, and with your understanding of the process, and consent.
By the way, my first job experience (before beginning my schooling for the MFT license), was in the California State Hospital system as a psychiatric technician. I was a member of a hospital inpatient treatment team that treated people with severe mental disorders. This was excellent training for working with clients who are seeking help, but on an outpatient basis.
Hello my name is Natasha Simon and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Are you a trauma survivor? Do you experience intense and uncontrollable emotions? Do you experience depression and anxiety? At this very moment you may feel helpless, but there is hope for you to overcome and move forward from the issues you may be experiencing.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic and collaborative. I use principles of psychodynamic therapy, CBT and DBT and I adapt my treatments to best fit your needs. I believe strongly in the therapeutic relationship and I make sure to co-create a space where you can feel safe to be you and embark on your journey of self-discovery and healing. I meet you where you are at and welcome you without judgment. My purpose as your therapist is to be a resource and tool to assist you with becoming empowered to make positive changes and healthy choices in your life.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist (PhD) in northern California. I received my doctorate degree from the University of Florida. I have 40+ years of experience as a therapist treating adults. I will only see patients in-person in my office. Phone calls and texting/emails are used for communication as necessary between visits. I initially address what prompted an individual to seek help at this particular time, ie why now? I help people clarify issues--concerns, thoughts, feelings, situations--and explore/develop effective coping strategies and behaviors.

Hello, and congratulations on taking the first step into your therapeutic journey! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in California. I received my Masters from Azusa Pacific University and my Bachelor's degree from CSU Channel Islands. I have over 14 years of experience working with various populations and settings. I believe that everyone has experienced something that shapes who they are today, and I'm passionate about using my own experiences to support others in achieving their goals and finding resilience. Congratulations for taking the step to seek counseling. The world we live in is increasingly complex, and we can find ourselves feeling disconnected, stressed, and uncertain about what direction to take. How do we identify solutions for our life’s challenges? How do we let go of stress and sleep at night? As a therapist, I have counseled with individuals and families for over ten years and have found that problem-solving does not have to be stressful, and that we can work through our toughest issues.
It is common to believe that people in our relationships, or circumstances in our lives cause us to feel the way we do. But it is our thinking, and the way we relate to people and circumstances, that create our feelings and emotions. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps us observe what we are feeling and identify the thoughts that create our feelings. With increased self-awareness, we determine which of our thoughts and perceptions are distorted and unhelpful. As our thinking becomes more realistic, we feel better.
There are several therapy methods that are effective in creating positive change, including Narrative Therapy, Goal Setting, Visioning for Personal Growth, and Mindfulness to promote focus and attention. Let’s engage in a conversation to explore your individual needs, and how best to meet them.
Hi there, I'm Ollie!
As I am aware that the process of searching for a therapist can be overwhelming, I would like to commend you for taking this first step. I specialize in working with individuals who are finding themselves in a tough spot or difficult transition in life. That's why I'm here! I meet individuals and couples where they are at and help facilitate an environment to heal and grow. I also integrate mindfulness, somatic work and art therapy, as each unique individual benefits from different modalities of therapy.
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making a brave and vulnerable choice. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!

I spent the a decade working in the addiction treatment industry. Working in that industry opened my eyes to the need for adequate trauma treatment so I became trained as an EMDR practitioner. In studying mind- body approaches to trauma, such as EMDR, I learned about the effectiveness of Eastern Practices such as Yoga, Tai Chi and Meditation in treating a range of psychological challenges.Personally experiencing the benefits of a mindfulness practice led me to obtain formal training in the study of yoga, Tai Chi and mediation so I could bring those benefits to my clients as well. Currently, I specialize in treating a wide range of psychological challenges using integrative approaches such as mindfulness based and trauma informed approaches.

My specialties include: working with parents who have a child with special needs, LGBTQ+ issues, and grief.
I know you are tired of not feeling like yourself. You deserve to start feeling good again.
I have experience working with children, families, and individuals as a social worker since 2003, and as a licensed clinical social worker since 2017. Prior to training as a therapist I worked as an advocate for children, youth, and families in various community based non-profits. Witnessing families succeed as I helped ease their burdens led me to the path of clinical social work! I consider it a privilege to be invited and entrusted with the task of walking alongside you during a challenging moment in your life. Seeing you grow and succeed is one of the best rewards I could ask for.
Do you feel that you have been pulled in a thousand directions? Are you struggling with self-care, low self-esteem, negative thinking, your job, or your relationships? Is it hard for you to relax? I help clients manage anxiety, and depression and avoid burnout. Together, we can identify your work/life balance. We'll use a whole-self approach addressing the needs of your body and mind to achieve your therapeutic goals. I also use mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, motivational interviewing, and Psychoanalytic therapy to help identify and build a stronger relationship with yourself.
Whether you are dealing with relationship issues, being overwhelmed, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life transitions, acclimation, addiction, or recovery, I'm here to support you. Seeking therapy can be scary but it is the first step in helping your well-being. You deserve a space where you can grow, heal, and become more reflective.
In our sessions together, I'll meet you with comparison and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the issues and habits that are holding you back. I want to help you improve the quality of your life and provide you with a support system. I look forward to working with you.

Hello! My name is Erika and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I can imagine that deciding on who to trust with your story can be overwhelming but I want to explain a bit about what my intentions are as your therapist.
Ultimately, I truly believe that our perceptions can either help us or hinder our day to day lives. What we think/believe can negatively impact our feelings and our actions or even keep us in situations or relationships that are not healthy for us. Whether it’s increasing your self-awareness, creating balance, or improving your ability to cope, I will guide you through that process.
Seeking help for your self-improvement is already a great first step! Opening up to a stranger is very scary and I prioritize creating a safe space for you. I plan to meet you where you are and guide you along the way to hopefully get you to where you aspire to be! My priority is to empower you to be the best version of yourself.
