Hi, My name is Aaron and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who loves to see people start taking more control over their life and empowering them to become the mature, healthy person that they've always wanted to be. I've found that many people get bogged down by false lies/narratives that they have in their heads like, "I'm not good enough", "I can't handle it", or the all too common "I don't deserve ... ".
These lies, whether we realize it or not, end up impacting many area's of our life, especially the way we view ourselves. With me, my hope is that you will have a transformative experience in the way you look at yourself and believe in yourself. My goal is for you to grow in believing, "There are many good things about me and that's enough", or "I actually can handle it, and I can figure things out" or "I actually do deserve ..."
When you grow in actually believing these things, it's amazing how much more mature, healthy and confident you become. You can actually re-write the way you think about yourself and you can experience life to the fullest!

Hi there, I'm really glad you're here. Looking for a therapist can feel overwhelming- but when you find someone who truly gets you, it can make all the difference. My hope is to be that person for you. I'm a first generation Mexican-American therapist, and while most of my sessions are in English, I also speak Spanish and enjoy working with bilingual and bicultural clients. First and foremost, I am a father of two. I hold a doctorate in clinical psychology and have worked in government setting as a supervisor to many social workers over the past 28 years. I have been licensed as a therapist in California since 2004 and have worked with 100s of individuals, couples and teens since then. I have had over 200 hours of post PHD training in the areas of anxiety, depression, child abuse and neglect, bipolar disorder, couples counseling, divorce, child custody and phobia.
When it comes to the therapeutic experience, my treatment motto is “therapy is a collaborative journey.” In treatment, the client or the patient sets the pace for treatment. As a clinician, we are trained to meet our patienst and clients where they are, currently, and provide services as appropriate. I always use this analogy when introducing how treatment will proceed to clients. I explain to clients that the therapeutic journey is like a road trip. They are in the driver's seat. They are setting the pace. They are deciding the route and the destination. All I do, as their therapist, is hold the GPS, suggest alternative routes when needed, and set the music.
HI! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I received my Masters in Social Work from CSU Sacramento in 2010. I have been licensed since 2014. I assist my clients in seeing areas of opportunity for growth and healing. Together we develop goals and solutions to help you live your best life. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey.
Being capable does not mean you are not struggling. You may be meeting responsibilities while privately managing anxiety, trauma, relationship pain, or emotional exhaustion. Perhaps symptoms are disrupting your work or daily life, and you are wondering whether further assessment would help.
I bring more than 15 years of clinical experience, a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and a Master’s in Forensic Psychology to my work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I hold advanced certification in complex trauma (CCTP-II), DBT certification, and domestic violence certification, and I am EMDR trained. My background also includes specialized training and clinical work in inpatient and outpatient eating disorder treatment. I provide care in English and Spanish.
I help clients address trauma, anxiety and panic, OCD, depression, eating disorders, and relationship betrayal. Together, we connect present challenges with the patterns behind them, practice skills you can use outside therapy, and make room for difficult conversations without judgment. When appropriate, we explore whether additional assessment or referrals would support your care.
My work also includes emotional support through separation and divorce, and helping families navigate conflict, strengthen communication, and explore reconnection when it is safe and appropriate. Each person’s readiness and boundaries guide this process. Through women’s wellness coaching, I help clients manage stress, build sustainable habits, and navigate life transitions with greater confidence.
Across these services, my focus is on helping you strengthen boundaries, rebuild self-trust, and move forward with greater clarity.
You do not have to keep proving you can handle everything before your needs matter.
I’m Moses, a clinical social worker with a doctorate in psychology who provides clear, compassionate, and practical therapy. Love and work are essential to a meaningful life. Relationships with others define experience and work gives a sense of purpose. Disturbance in these affect well being and contribute to an overwhelmed response leading to collapse. As trauma is relational so is recovery and healing. Having the right therapeutic alliance is a key element and requires, attunement and constistency.

Hi there,
I primarily work in substance use recovery (abstinence and harm reduction) and trauma recovery. I also have specialized training in treating anxiety, depression, and sleep issues/insomnia. My treatment orientation is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy concepts, however the foundation of my early training was Psychodynamic.
I have been trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, STAIR (Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation), and Seeking Safety for trauma treatment. When treating anxiety, I take a CBT, or exposure approach with skill-building. For depression I utilize CBT concepts, or behavioral activation with skill-building. For sleep issues, I work with the CBT for insomnia treatment model. These are just a few examples of treatment approaches I utilize. I am relational focused, which to me means finding a plan that works best for you, practicing cultural humility and not trying to fit a round peg in a square hole.
I look forward to working with you.
