My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Your experiences and feelings will always be met with my genuine empathy and unconditional positive regard, creating a safe space for you. Within this accepting environment, we'll also gently explore the different "parts" within you to foster greater self-understanding, inner harmony and accessing finally your core Self, which is inherently calm, compassionate, and confident, leading to greater inner peace and well-being.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

In our sessions, you'll find a space where your experiences and feelings are deeply respected and fully accepted without judgment. My role is to listen attentively and empathetically, helping you to explore your own path toward growth and self-discovery at your own pace.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we'll work together to identify and understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By examining and shifting unhelpful thought patterns, you can develop more effective coping strategies and experience positive changes in your emotional well-being and actions.

Gottman method

Our work will focus on strengthening your relationship by building a deeper understanding of each other's inner worlds, fostering respect, and improving communication skills. We'll collaboratively identify patterns in your interactions and learn practical tools to manage conflict, enhance intimacy, and cultivate a more fulfilling partnership.
