I’m a warm, compassionate, and persistent 51-year-old who loves this work. Clients often feel like they’re having an insightful, heartfelt conversation rather than a formal therapy session. I create a space of deep listening and acceptance where you can explore your inner world safely and honestly. By helping you understand and care for the parts of yourself that carry pain or conflict, we ease anxiety and depression and open the door to greater balance and emotional freedom. I speak with an accent—just something to keep in mind.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, I’ll guide you through the Initial Assessment—a process that helps me understand your world, your needs, and what brings you to therapy. It also provides the information required for insurance to authorize your sessions.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strengths as a therapist come from my bicultural background, insightful perspective, and genuine compassion. I bring a deep understanding and steady patience to my work, which allows me to connect authentically and support clients from diverse backgrounds with empathy and respect.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or difficulties managing anger, helping them build insight, emotional balance, and self-compassion. I do couples and individual therapy. Family therapy just in person.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Your experiences and feelings will always be met with genuine empathy and unconditional acceptance, creating a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your inner world. Together, we’ll gently get to know the different parts within you—the ones that protect, carry pain, or long to be seen. By listening to these parts with curiosity and compassion, you’ll begin to access your core Self—the calm, confident, and caring center that naturally brings healing and balance. From this place of Self-leadership, greater peace, clarity, and well-being can emerge.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
In our sessions, you’ll experience a supportive and nonjudgmental space where your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are genuinely heard and valued. My role is to be fully present with you—to listen with empathy and understanding—so that you can explore your inner world, uncover your strengths, and move toward growth and self-discovery in your own time and way.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we’ll work together to explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. By gently identifying and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns, you can build healthier coping strategies and begin to experience more balance, confidence, and emotional well-being in your daily life.
Gottman method
Using the Gottman Method, our work will focus on strengthening your relationship by deepening understanding of each other’s inner worlds, fostering mutual respect, and improving communication. Together, we’ll identify and shift unhelpful interaction patterns while learning practical tools to manage conflict constructively, nurture emotional connection, and build a more trusting and fulfilling partnership.

Tatiana is a great listener, and is actively listening to my issues and really helpful in making decisions or asking the right questions to get me to think about them.
