I am a 10 year veteran therapist who believes in the uniqueness of every person I help to realize their special potential. I know people have the capacity to make meaningful changes in their lives that contribute to greater happiness and fulfillment. I never give up even on the most daunting issues that plaque my client's well being. I stand as a strong support of what is right for the client and help to reveal the fastest courses to achieve personal goals. Together we work magic in altering the most perplexing of realities.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During the first session I ask questions about lifestyle and mood experiences as an assessment to best understand the client's needs and desires. Together through rapport we build trust to move forward in establishing treatment goals.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I am very deliberate in asserting the individual's rights to change and seek a more satisfying existence. I do not endorse the idea that people are predestined to suffer or that there are 'lost causes.' I believe there is always something more that an individual can do to improve their existence.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am available to assist in personal growth goals and managing stressors. If a client has a diagnosis that requires medication I monitor the compliance with taking the medication and keep an eye out for side effects that may need further evaluation and intervention. I practice a wholistic approach taking into consideration sleep patterns, diet, and physical exercise to maintain optimum health.
