(she/her)
Hi, I’m Sandra Martinez Silva, LCSW, a bilingual English and Spanish therapist specializing in anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions for adults and women navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, and burnout. I provide a warm, supportive, and culturally responsive space where clients can better understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with their values and inner strengths. My approach integrates CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients improve emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, and create meaningful, lasting change.
During our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and creating a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. I will take time to understand what brings you to therapy, explore your current challenges and goals, and learn more about your strengths, relationships, and life experiences. Together, we will begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or life difficulties while also discussing practical tools and next steps to support your healing and growth.
Clients often appreciate my warm, collaborative, and supportive approach. One of my greatest strengths is helping clients feel emotionally safe while also providing practical tools they can apply in everyday life. I specialize in supporting adults and women experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and major life transitions. I help clients better understand emotional and behavioral patterns, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and build greater confidence and self-awareness. My approach integrates CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based, strength-based, and trauma-informed therapy in a way that feels compassionate, culturally responsive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and values.
I work best with adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, grief, life transitions, relationship stress, and challenges related to self-worth and emotional balance. Many of my clients are feeling stuck, burned out, or disconnected from themselves and want practical coping skills, greater confidence, and healthier ways to manage stress and emotions. I provide a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive space where clients can feel supported while creating meaningful change.
