I believe that therapy can heal, but I also know that telling a stranger about your deepest pain can be a strange feeling. Perhaps you've been feeling sad, depressed or worried, and hopeless that anything in your life can change. Or maybe you aren't sure what you would even want help with. You know you feel bad, but if someone were to ask you "How can I help?", you aren't sure what you would say. These problems can feel permanent and unsolvable. After all, something feels broken and unfixable, so how could you not feel that it takes all the energy you have just to get up in the morning and go about your day? Depression or anxiety can also feel isolating, as if nobody else could possibly understand. You may have even received advice from people who you feel mean well but can't understand what you're going through. Depression and anxiety are not permanent or unfixable, and therapy can help. Imagine feeling peace of mind, and excited about life and its possibilities. It starts by learning about you and going at your pace. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 16 years experience working with adults and teens, I've seen therapy work, and I feel lucky that I get to be part of that journey for others.

It's easy to overlook our need for self-care when we're busy taking care of other aspects of our lives. Our priorities often revolve around work and our family's well-being, leaving us at the bottom of our list. My aim is to encourage self-determination through therapy. During our therapeutic relationship, we will work together to achieve your goals and find new ways to overcome obstacles and crises. Hi There! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and primarily work with folx who struggle with addiction and mental health. I have experience providing individual and group treatment for folx who are interested in abstinence/sobriety and harm reduction. I have worked in this field for approximately seven years and have found this work truly fulfilling. I believe self-compassion is an important and often overlooked skill/tool, and I focus on using this in my sessions. I work from a perspective of cultural humility and enjoy meeting with folx who are BIPOC and/or part of the Lgbtq+ community. I also believe in the importance of fat acceptance and body positivity, which is something that is often neglected/overlooked. I am also the mother of an adult with Autism/neurodivergence and have experience personally and professionally with caregiving and burnout.

Hello! My name is Natasha and I have had the pleasure of helping people with life transitions for 30 years. I am passionate about helping people through the trials and tribulations of life and helping them find the strengths that are often already within. I use a systems based approach, considering all factors that may be impacting a person in crisis - whether that be individual, family, peers, community, work, school, gender, substance use, culture, or social media influences - to help them find a more fulfilling way to live. My therapy style is eclectic borrowing from many different schools of thought as best fits my clients' needs. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques for a shorter, solution-focused treatment such as for anxiety or depression. I use a more psychodynamic approach for lengthier and more complex issues such as trauma. I am client-centered and very relational in my interactions. Some of my guiding principles include Unconditional Positive Regard, harm reduction, kindness and compassion above all. And of course, always a healthy dose of humor which can be found in even the darkest of times. I look forward to joining you on your journey to a healthier and happier self.

I work with adults seeking support for trauma, anxiety, grief, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I specialize in trauma therapy and am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based treatment commonly used for PTSD, anxiety, panic symptoms, disturbing memories, and grief. My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and goal-oriented. I provide support, guidance, and accountability while helping clients identify patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change. Therapy is most effective when clients are prepared to actively engage in the process and attend sessions consistently. I use EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Reality Therapy depending on each client’s individual needs and goals. After experiencing the sudden loss of my husband in 2016, I chose to pursue counseling as a second career. That experience shaped my passion for trauma work and deepened my appreciation for the impact compassionate support can have during difficult life events.

I am passionate about the impact of spirituality in mental health therapy. As an attachment informed humanist LPCC, I consider the bio-psycho-social-spiritual/existential condition of the folks with whom I work. Healing is a matter of integrating the disparate and fragmented parts of life. Empathy, acceptance, positive regard, and genuineness are crucial elements for effective therapy and these are the characteristics I seek to cultivate in my practice. As far as a specific toolkit, CBT and Motivational Interviewing are the primary evidence based methodologies I employ to be with people in their self-paced, goal oriented healing efforts. Those who want to examine the angst, anxiety, disquiet, and friction in their lives will find a fellow traveler in me.

Do you feel like you have the insight but don’t quite know what to do with it- how to process it or heal? You are not alone. I help individuals and couples move beyond the surface to work through what is keeping them stuck. I use IFS, EMDR and other modalities to connect you to your wounds, unprocessed memories, and blocks. Together, we set to discover the parts of you that hold pain and unlock your full potential by exploring what is holding you back. Couples: If it feels like you’re speaking different languages or having the same argument over and over, you may be stuck in a negative cycle that’s hard to see from the inside. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), rooted in attachment theory, to help partners reconnect, communicate vulnerably, and rebuild. Oftentimes, what stands in our way is fear—because we have a deeply rooted need to feel safe. I understand. It’s much easier to stay in something comfortable than to risk the unknown; our minds and bodies are wired that way. My hope is to reflect your strength and worth, and to provide a safe, trusting space where you can feel seen, heard, and valued.

Hi, I’m Esther, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade in mental health and six years working directly as a therapist. I’ve supported people in schools, ABA centers, public programs, and private practice, giving me a broad perspective on human growth and change. As a trauma-informed therapist, I understand how overwhelming experiences—like loss, abuse, or chronic stress—can affect your sense of self, relationships, and ability to trust. In a safe, non-judgmental space, I work with you to explore these impacts and use evidence-based strategies to build emotional regulation, resilience, healthy boundaries, and self-trust. Together, we aim to restore your sense of safety, empowerment, and connection with yourself and others.

Through the Rogerian approach, I meet people where they’re at, being compassionate and warm, yet honest and straightforward. As a therapist I love utilizing a combination of therapeutic techniques from person-centered, CBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness, REBT, solution focused, psycho-dynamic, Gestalt and other modalities that have research proven results. Whatever you’re going through, I am here to support your journey. I am experienced and qualified to provide psychotherapy to individuals for issues varying from: depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, low self-esteem, suicide ideation, to life stressors and more. I'm Michaele, an LMFT specializing in maternal mental health, trauma, and life transitions. I offer therapy that actually meets you where you are. I work best with people who are done white-knuckling it and ready to do something different; especially those who identify as marginalized or belong to a historically oppressed population, who may have felt unseen in traditional therapy spaces. My approach is trauma-informed, direct, and collaborative. We'll use what works, whether that's EMDR, somatic work, CBT, or just finally having a space where you can say the real thing out loud. You deserve care that affirms you and your truth, while helping you connect with the most aligned version of yourself.
