I specialize in relationship issues, supporting young adults, couples and families. Attachment injuries and loss can affect how we feel about ourselves and limit our engagement with others. I can help you identify and let go of emotional reactivity and defensiveness. I offer Somatic therapy and EMDR to support people struggling with post-traumatic stress. Processing trauma in this way helps release emotional charge stored in the body to overcome past experiences that hold us back from living life fully. If you feel that you are stuck in a loop, this work can help you let go and move on. Being Daoist, I value living authentically, inner peace, and aligning with nature.

My approach is trauma informed and systems oriented as our reality, habits and relational style are influenced by the environment and culture we grow up and live in.
I feel that my work is most effective with people who are curious about their life purpose. I believe that mind, body and soul are interconnected and therefore aim to promote physical health, personal growth, and self realization. In order to calm the nervous system down and train it to maintain a state of wellbeing, I often incorporate somatic therapy techniques including meditation, breathwork, grounding and moving meditations.
