Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of clinical and therapeutic experience. I have a masters degree from USC with a concentration in children and families. During my Master’s program, I lead and facilitated substance abuse group therapy, assisted multiple diagnosis individuals in a group home setting, and received internship hours at a women’s victims of crime outpatient treatment center, and a community clinic. I also have 5 years experience in mental health private practice.
In your first session we will get to know you more closely and find out what brings you into therapy. I want you to feel first and foremost comfortable and a safe space to feel like you can talk about anything in session without any judgment.
I feel like my greatest strengths are meeting the person where they are in life. I also do not judge peoples choices and decisions and I firmly believe we all have something wonderful to offer. I am patient and friendly and hope you visit me soon.
I work with a plethora of populations and I am so excited to get started working with you. I do love working with clients who have been suffering from anxiety, grief, depression, and life stage changes. Please free to ask me any questions.
