Hello! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from CSU Stanislaus and have been practicing for over 12 years. I work collaboratively with adults around a variety of life stressors to help them meet their individual goals. Some of my specific areas of expertise include working with anxiety disorders, life transitions, and women’s health.
In our first session together, we'll review the therapeutic process, specific challenges you're facing, and begin to establish a therapeutic alliance. We will start to create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
As a provider, I believe my greatest strengths are creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients, providing appropriate education around symptom management, and working collaboratively with my clients to achieve individualized goals.
I believe therapy works best when clients are invested in their personal growth and individual therapeutic journey.
