He/They is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (specializing in couple therapy) and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, as well as an EMDR therapist specializing in trauma, with a client-centered approach. Additionally, they focus on social anxiety, general anxiety, body image issues, life transitions, and stress, working with both children and adults. Johnny is also in training for music therapy.
In the first session, clients can expect a safe, welcoming environment where we’ll focus on building rapport and understanding your unique needs. We will explore your goals for therapy, discuss your history, and identify key areas you’d like to work on. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and get a sense of how I work.
