New clients continue care with this provider

I am a caring loving therapist who wants to get to know you and help you feel like your most authentic and healthy self. I love to listen and laugh with my clients. I am a mother and a wife. My goal is to help my clients know that they are not alone, and often just sharing emotions can feel like a big relief. I want to encourage you to seek out the things you love to do and spend time with the people who make you feel most loved and accepted. I want to empower my clients to give and accept the love they deserve.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together I will get to know you, your culture/family/values, your concerns and what you would like to get out of our time in therapy. I will encourage you to share your truth and to ask me questions as well. I like to have fun and help you feel cared for.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have been working with clients for over 8 years to strengthen their safest relationships and use helpful coping skills. I am very empathetic and understanding of people who are different from me. I love to connect as humans and help you to understand your emotions.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with LGBTQIA individuals and BIPOC. I love being able to be a safe space to share emotions and difficult past traumas. I love working with motivated individuals who want to improve their relationships and life.

My treatment methods

Interpersonal

I use interpersonal therapy to help clients recognize how to lean on their loved ones as a support system. This might not always be family, but people who are the most trustworthy and loving. I aspire to be a safe space for self reflection, processing emotions, and growth.
