I’ve always been a deep feeler. As a kid, books were my escape hatch—doorways into liminal worlds where I could breathe and make sense of all the energy I was taking in. As a teen, I navigated depression and anxiety. Beginning therapy changed everything. It gave me a consistent place to be fully myself, learn how to meet panic with presence, and move toward a future I couldn’t yet see—graduating high school, then college. In 2021, I finally said yes to the path I’d always wanted: becoming a therapist. I completed my graduate work at National University and, in 2023, began training with Somatic Experiencing® International, deepening my work with the nervous system. I’ve since supported people moving through psychosis and complex trauma within a community model that centers around relationship, repair, and connection. I’ve been sober since 2022. That choice opened new layers of intuition, dreamwork, and somatic practice—more presence, more listening, more capacity.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We talk about why you're here - not just what's painful but what you're longing for, how life might feel if things were more settled, more alive, more you. We get to know one another at your pace without rushing into trauma. It's important that trust comes first. We will go over confidentiality and safety to set the container.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My work blends depth and practicality: we explore patterns, attachment, grief, and the meaning behind your experiences, while also strengthening your ability to notice what’s happening in your body in real time. I draw from somatic and relational frameworks to support integration rather than just insight — because insight without embodiment rarely creates lasting change. The result isn’t becoming a different person; it’s becoming more regulated, more discerning, and more fully yourself.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

The Seeker in the In-Between You’re naming wants, building gentle boundaries, and moving toward a rooted, spacious life. The Intentional Achiever You’re used to over-functioning. Together, we move from pressure to purpose; from spiraling to responding. The Sensitive Creative Your body and art hold more than your words can carry. We give shape to your inner world so play and creativity can return. The Boundary-Builder You’re learning voice + choice. We practice rupture and repair, letting relationships become more mutual and clear. The Community Re-Builder You’ve outgrown old circles. We work from the inside out so you can find (or build) communities that actually fit. The Deep Processor (Family & Grief) We sit with sensations and story. We make room for anger and love at the same time, and help your body hold both.

My treatment methods

Somatic

We notice sensation, pendulate when intensity rises, and re-orient to the here-and-now to build capacity. (Somatic Experiencing)

Narrative

We separate you from the problem (“I deal with…”), creating room for voice and choice.

Motivational Interviewing

Thoughtful, reflective questions help you hear yourself and choose next steps that fit.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

When thought loops take over, we gently reality-test and practice kinder interpretations.

Experiential Therapy

Art, writing, and dreamwork move what words alone can’t—inviting creativity and life-force back online.
