In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding your goals and the challenges you’re facing in a safe, supportive space. You’ll have the opportunity to share your story at your own pace, and we’ll begin identifying your strengths and patterns to create a collaborative plan for growth and healing. My goal is to help you feel empowered, heard, and supported from the very first session.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I help clients develop deeper self-understanding, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their inner strengths—without shame or judgment. I offer a warm, affirming space where all parts of you are welcome, especially the parts shaped by stress, responsibility, or past experiences that still deserve care and compassion.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a practical, evidence-based approach to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Through CBT, I support clients in identifying unhelpful thinking patterns, reducing anxiety and stress, and developing healthier coping strategies they can use in everyday life. I integrate CBT within a trauma-informed, strengths-based framework, ensuring that tools and skills are introduced with compassion and respect for each client’s experiences, pace, and goals.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients identify what’s already working in their lives and build practical steps toward meaningful change. This approach is strengths-based and goal-oriented, focusing on clients’ existing resources, resilience, and preferred future rather than dwelling on problems. I integrate Solution-Focused work within a trauma-informed framework, helping clients create clarity, confidence, and forward movement while honoring their pace and lived experiences.
