About me

My approach is strength-based and trauma-informed, centering choice, empowerment, and collaboration. I believe healing happens when we honor both your inherent strengths and the challenges you face. Together, we will cultivate confidence, resilience, and deeper self-trust, so you can navigate life’s journey with greater clarity and alignment. At the core of my practice is inclusivity, cultural humility, and a deep respect for each person's unique journey. I view therapy as a collaborative process where your voice, values, and lived experiences guide the work we do together. By creating a safe, supportive, and affirming space, I strive to help you access your own wisdom while also offering tools and perspectives to support healing and growth. I specialize in an integrative approach drawing from evidence based coping skills, self-empowerment tools, and mindfulness-based approaches to address the body, mind, and spirit. I work with a diverse range of clients who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, and life transitions.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, my intention is to create a space where you feel both comfortable and brave enough to share your authentic self, your story, challenges, and dreams. We start wherever you feel most at ease. I believe you are the expert on yourself, and I come alongside you as an ally and collaborator. I welcome your questions, listen at your pace and rhythm, and work with you to create a personalized roadmap for your healing journey. Together, we’ll identify the main areas of concern and begin shaping your therapeutic goals, laying the foundation for meaningful growth and change.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to integrate a wide range of approaches in a way that is both creative and practical. My work combines evidence-based methods with a holistic lens, incorporating coping skills, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness practices to support healing on multiple levels—mind, body, and spirit. Clients often appreciate that I tailor therapy to their unique needs, blending structure with flexibility so that our work always feels relevant, empowering, and accessible. What stands out about my therapeutic style is the balance of depth and practicality. While I support clients in exploring the roots of their challenges, I also emphasize building concrete skills that can be used right away to reduce stress, regulate emotions, and create more stability. This allows clients to feel both supported in their healing and equipped with tools to navigate daily life. The result is a collaborative, strengths-based process where clients experience increased resilience, self-trust, and clarity. By honoring both your struggles and your inherent strengths, I help you move toward a greater sense of balance, empowerment, and authenticity. In addition, I enjoy drawing from both Eastern and Western modalities, see the world through a nature affirming lens, and have certifications in Expressive Arts, Guided Imagery, Yoga, and Ayurveda.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with soul-searching, curious individuals who are committed to the path of healing and growth. My clients often come from diverse backgrounds and hold unique identities, and I deeply value the richness this brings into our work together. I especially enjoy supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, women’s issues, neurodivergence, grief, and relationship challenges. Those I work with are guided by a growth mindset and a desire to live with more clarity, authenticity, and purpose. They are motivated not only to address struggles but also to build greater self-agency, resilience, and empowerment. Together, we explore both challenges and strengths, helping you move toward a more grounded, fulfilling, and self-directed life.

My treatment methods

Integrative

My Master's degree is in Holistic Counseling. I use an integrative approach that weaves together evidence-based psychological methods, somatic practices, and holistic healing traditions to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. This flexibility allows me to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, creating a grounded yet empowering path toward healing and growth.

Strength-Based

In my practice, I use a strength-based approach that highlights each client’s innate wisdom, resilience, and capacity for growth. By focusing on existing strengths rather than solely on problems, I help clients build confidence and access their own inner resources. This empowers them to create meaningful change and navigate challenges with greater clarity and self-trust.

Trauma Informed Care

I ground my practice in trauma-informed care, creating a safe, compassionate space that prioritizes choice, consent, empowerment, and collaboration. I have trained in numerous areas of trauma treatment, including from a somatic and culturally sensitive approach. This approach fosters safety, trust, and resilience while supporting healing at a sustainable rhythm.
