New to Grow
My name is Claudia, and I’ve been working in the helping field for over 14 years. For the past seven years as a therapist, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families, adults, teens, and children through life’s many transitions. I bring a kind, eclectic approach to my work, tailoring therapy to meet each person where they are. My goal is to walk alongside you as you create a meaningful and fulfilling life that aligns with your values.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first therapy session, we’ll take time to get to know one another and explore whether we’re a good fit to work together. I focus on understanding your story, your hopes, and what you’d like to gain from therapy. We’ll also identify what’s already working in your life, so we can build from your existing strengths as we move forward together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I strive to approach life and therapy with openness, acceptance, and curiosity. I remain committed to learning and evolving, both personally and professionally. I believe deeply in the connection between the mind and body, and I enjoy incorporating this understanding into my work to support meaningful and lasting change.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Talk therapy to address thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may contribute to unhealthy patterns.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
With specific Mindfulness CBT training, the goal is to bring nonjudgmental, present-moment awareness to thoughts, feelings, and sensations, helping clients disengage from automatic reactions, manage stress, and improve emotional regulation.
