As a Latinx, Spanish-speaking therapist, I bring a holistic and culturally responsive approach to my work. Growing up in an underserved community in Southern California, I saw firsthand how mental health was rarely discussed in many households—a reality that still exists today. I always felt that I was called to help others. Growing up in South Los Angeles, I developed a sense of culture and community amongst Black and Brown people as well as a respect for the struggles of BIPOC. I grew up around artists, musicians, poets, leaders, givers, and eccentrics from all walks of life. During this time, I discovered how much I enjoyed listening to people, problem-solving, and motivating others to succeed and explore their authentic selves. I started off as a mentor in undergrad, inspiring other young people of color to attend college and think outside of the box in regards to their futures. I continued working with children, teens, and adults with special needs until I landed a position as an intern at a non-profit mental health agency in South Los Angeles. After I obtained my license as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I continued to grow as a clinician, supervisor, and manager at the nonprofit while also taking on teen and adult clients in the private practice setting. I am now pursuing my dream to work Full Time as a Private Practice Therapist.
Are you a young person trying to hold it together while juggling school, work, family stuff, on top of new adulting responsibilities and the world being set on fire? I am a queer 2nd-gen Asian therapist offering space to discuss systems issues like politics, racism, homophobia, and how they impact our mental health. I work from a psychodynamic and relational approach, meaning we collect the pieces of your life story you've taken from past relationships and experiences and examine them, looking for new ways to write your own story. I also integrate skills and strategies to help you manage boundaries and tolerate uncertainty.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. After more than 30 years as an educator, minister, counselor, and consultant; I realized that the one thing I am most passionate about is working one-on-one with others – watching them discover clarity, restoration, hope, and passion. Psychotherapy is the single endeavor where I get to bring all that I am to all that I do.
Do you often feel missed by the people in your life? When you look forward does it sometimes feel impossible to experience something new?
As an Authentic Relating Facilitator, Nonviolent Communication Practitioner, and Licensed Therapist, I have a deep desire to attune to you and your world. Together we can illuminate the patterns and roads blocks that you have been experiencing. You need to know where you are to get to where you want to go. We can build a map to get you there.
Once we have a map of where we are headed, we will practice the skills needed to get to your desired life. Some of the skills we will use to navigate the terrain are mindfulness, somatic and mind-body practices, written word exploration, feelings and needs awareness, and vision/goals work.

Using evidence-based approaches, I help clients make progress and start feeling better. We'll work together to define what you want to accomplish. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful and lasting change.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from University of San Francisco. I also completed four years of doctoral training in depth psychotherapy at Pacifica Graduate Institute.

As an LMFT, I’ve spent over a decade seeing people at the lowest points of their lives, having suffered child abuse, violent relationships, depression & anxiety, drug addiction, and other hardships. I learned that so many of us feel alone, stuck, and misunderstood. Lets change that.
Hi there, I'm Mary. Something I find myself saying often is: "it's hard to be human." Life brings so many ups and downs, and our own histories, genetics, circumstances, life events, etc. can impact how we find ourselves functioning from day to day. I am passionate about helping clients discover the tools and frameworks that work for them to meet their own identified goals for their life and decreasing the emotional intensity of symptoms causing barriers to meeting those goals.
In 2010, I graduated from the University of Georgia with a Master’s of Social Work and earned my license to practice independently in 2013. I received my Bachelor's of Science in Family & Child Sciences at Florida State University in 2005 and my Doctor of Philosophy in International Conflict Management at Kennesaw State University in 2017. (A bit of a random PhD, I know...my dissertation research was about the relationship between social identity and emotional well-being for service members and veterans in the context of community reintegration.)
I am a therapist with ample life experience, as well as experience serving the client populations of California. I will meet you where you are and have the ability to empathize with you on many levels. I will listen, encourage and support you in a non-judgmental environment. I am a 54 year old bi-culutral father of two adolescents in the year 2025. With all of the social pressures that our families have been subject to, it's never been more important to be close and listen to each other. Social disconnect is the new pandemic and the challenges that interefere with social connection are the same ones driving our sense of faulty connection and confusion with pleasure and happiness.
Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I am passionate about helping young adults and adults struggling with difficult- toxic- narcissistic relationships, depression, anxiety, struggling with codependency, domestic abuse, grief and loss, stress, work/school/life transitions, trauma, who have lost connection with themselves, and want to understand their behavior patterns that are set from childhood. I take a holistic, strengths-based framework and find myself blending elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution focused, grief, attachment theory and Brainspotting to help support the mind, body, and spirit.
I am adept at addressing a broad spectrum of life experiences, encompassing childhood trauma, ongoing stressors, and life transitions. I hold a deep appreciation for the integration of mild psychodynamic theory in my practice, as it aids clients in comprehending and recognizing recurring behavioral patterns and negative thought patterns that have their roots in past experiences.
I hold the firm belief that the most significant therapeutic impact arises from the collaborative relationship between the psychotherapist and the client. I strive to create a safe, supportive, respectful, and non-judgmental therapeutic space. Therapy should be a place where every aspect of your being is embraced, welcomed, and valued. I believe in meeting you where you are, tailoring my approach, interventions, and techniques to your unique needs and goals.
I feel honored to walk alongside my clients, to be their guide and hold light in this messy world as they heal, grow, and ultimately reconnect with their mind, body and soul while they recreate a new path for themselves.

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the State of California. I graduated with my Masters Degree in Social Worker from UCLA and have been practicing for over 20 years. I began my career working with seniors experiencing early symptoms of dementia as well as providing their family with resources and support during this challenging time. Events happened that altered my career resulting in me finding that my life's passion is to help people recover from childhood and/or current trauma so they can experience a life filled with a sense of peace and joy.
I'm here to provide an encouraging experience where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly while also working towards your goals as you define them.
As a provider, I am supportive, validating, and focused on you. Within this framework, I am also honest and direct, qualities I find many people appreciate in a therapeutic relationship. I think of therapy as a tool that can get you to a new way of thinking or out of a rut. Therapy can also be hard work, but that doesn't mean it has to be a hard time. I've been in the field long enough to know how normal having problems is. The people I work with appreciate that therapy can be a place to laugh, cry, and sometimes both at the same time.
Life is weird, but having help can help.

My goal is to help and empower others who are struggling to heal so that they can have a better future and not continue to live in the pain of the past. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching a movie/show, or reading a book.
