I am also a mother of two young boys; motherhood has tremendously helped me with my experience. and the way I relate to many parents who struggle with daily stress to manage child care, relationships, and careers;
I am accepting clients that are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, emotional upheavals, interpersonal challenges and conflicts, adjustment issues, and difficulty managing emotions; Also clients who are struggling with relationship issues, life transitions, and parenting; I am mainly accepting individual adult clients via telehealth.
Although I have a specific frame work for working with clients, I believe it is important to assess each and every client based on their pace, circumstances and presenting issue and adjust the approach to what works best of them. Using an integrative approach provides the platform to come up with the optimal treatment that suits each and every individual based on their specific needs.
