Life can be hard and just "raggedy" at times. I know and I get it. For some, reaching out for help is the last thing you may want to do but I would love to walk with you on your journey to healing. Would you believe me if I told you that the answers you are seeking are already within you? I will merely be your guide and safe place to allow you to discover these answers. There is so much more in store for you versus the current narrative you have been rehearsing to yourself. I have a passion for “meeting people where they are” by providing crisis management, solution focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe in providing quality services and working with those by addressing a wide range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, poor self-esteem and stress management. I believe that therapy can assist one with identifying the root of recurring issues that challenges one’s well-being by developing healthy coping skills and gaining awareness.
