LMFT, 20 years of experience
As a licensed marriage and family therapist and certified life coach, I am here to guide you through the many challenges we face as we navigate life. Since 2005, I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences. Patient well-being and satisfaction is my number one priority. I am passionate about working with every individual and their families, whenever needed, to help reach the goals we set together.
In our first session, we’ll begin by establishing a comfortable rapport. Then, I’ll ask you to share the specific challenges you’re currently facing, whether related to anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues. Understanding your unique experiences is crucial for me to develop a personalized plan that addresses your needs. Together, we’ll identify your goals and the areas where you feel stuck, allowing us to outline actionable steps to work through in our follow-up sessions.
Having worked as a therapist for the last 20 plus years. I believe my strength is creating a trusting and non-judgmental environment for my clients. In our sessions, I strive to foster an atmosphere where clients feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and emotions openly, without fear of criticism or shame.
I specialize in working with clients facing depression, anxiety, and various other struggles as they navigate the stages of their lives. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed and stuck, often grappling with self-doubt and a fear of not meeting their own expectations.

This was significantly important because He needed that solid male figure in his life. Although he has a dad, he lives with his mother, and does not see his dad often. Although I have an open door policy with my son, he can express himself and be transparent, with someone he can relate to. Ty
