Hi! I'm Noeline Coore-mother, friend, therapist. My practice centers primarily on children, adolescents, adults, and LGBTQ+ population.. I provide integrated therapies for ADHD, Depression, General Anxiety, family issues, etc. I am trained in understanding systems and relationships. I prefer to coordinate treatment interventions with client's strengths, resources and skills. It is my passion to offer you a safe space to voice your difficulties, navigate your pain, and bring clarity to your struggles. I am here to sort through negative feelings/situations that may be plaguing you, and heal the wounds you have not been able to address alone.
Clients can expect to be empowered; to be able to unwind; and address their concerns in a relaxing and self-paced environment. I meet my clients where they are which requires a person-centered and more tailored approach to meet their needs.
The following therapeutic approaches are used in sessions: Person-Centered, Insight-oriented, Solution-focused, Play therapy, Filial therapy, etc.
I believe my strengths are being able to put my clients at ease in order for them to be able to spend time focusing on their needs. Also, I believe the environment created is conducive to achieving personal goals set by my clients.

Noeline has been so supportive and helpful for me and my partner. We both love the vibe she brings to our appointments. Shes so friendly and inviting we have no trouble talking to her about our concerns and always leave feeling better with the things she teaches us.
